A Picture Is Worth A Thousand...Whoa.

My mom just came back from a trip to the Baltic Sea area. While perusing her BILLIONS of pictures, I came upon these images that struck me most, which were taken somewhere on the way to Latvia..





They're all crosses and crucifixes. And look how far it goes..







I'm not really the religious type, and this may just reflect something about me, but this place is strikingly beautiful in the creepiest of sacred ways. How haunting would it have felt to have been there myself, I just can't imagine.
